Fitting is the most crucial factor when selecting a school. Being a student who studies in a small private high school, I desire schools with low student-faculty ratios. Luckily, WFU is a school like that, and it also is reachable. ENV science is what my family had committed to, and I am more than happy to continue it; moreover, it is also a subject that I'm good at and interested in.

选择学校时最重要的因素是是否合适。作为一名就读于小型私立高中的学生，我希望未来可以就读于学生与教师的比例相对较低的大学。幸运的是，维克森林大学就是这样一所学校，而且它也是我可以触及的一所学校。专业的选择上，环境科学是我的家人一直致力于的事业，我也很乐意继续下去，同时它也是我所擅长和感兴趣的一门学科。

I'm a leader in multiple roles. They turn me into a responsible individual as well as a role model of my high school. I believe it is the strong sense of leadership that make WFU select me over the other applicants.

My GPA only became outstanding in my junior year and senior year. When you desire to have good grades and work hard for it, your goal is achievable. 

我的GPA是在11和12年级的时候才达到优秀。当你渴望取得好成绩并为此努力时，你的目标是可以实现的。

iGEM silver award. I chose it because I thought I was interested in biology, but things change. I also did two independent pieces of env science researches in the summer of my junior year. One is a lab about the movement of microalgae; the other is a review paper about the Anaerobic Digestion Process of Activated Sludge. Both are deeply related to my focus: water pollution. It is essential to commit to studies about your favorite subject and topic.

Essays should focus on your core projects/ achievements. Once you have the focus, you shouldn't change the topic at all. Make sure to have the points all set at first.

Find a school that you like and a school that fits you at the same time. You indeed choose the school at first, but you have to make sure the school chooses you. Ex: I love Harvard, so do many others, but Harvard will not choose me.

找到一所你喜欢和适合你的学校。一开始你确实选择了学校，但你必须确保学校也选择了你，举个例子，我爱哈佛，很多人也爱哈佛，但是哈佛不会选择我。

Commit to the school and do researches about it. Show your activities, commitment, and deep understanding of the essays will almost guarantee a target school's offer.

向学校承诺并做一些有关学校的研究。展示你的活动、承诺以及对论文的深刻理解，几乎可以保证你会被目标学校所录取。

Essays, interviews, and most importantly, the supervision for junior year GPA; are the three cores fragments that get me into WFU.I love you all. Jason is a monster at brainstorming, and Stefan is just an artist.
